Honey Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 30g Coconut Oil
- 120g Honey
- 300g Oats
- 30g chopped Hazelnuts
- 30g flaked Almonds
- 1 dessertspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon crunchy Peanut Butter
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
Put the coconut oil and honey into a saucepan and heat gently until melted. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl and add the oil and honey. Stir well and tip onto a large baking tray. Bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes, then stir gently and bake for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
Add
30g Raisins
30g chopped dried Apricots
30g chopped Dates
Leave to cool.
Store in an airtight jar or tin.
Delicious with yogurt or milk, or as a snack by itself.
